Skelligs are a family business based in South West Ireland, at St. Finians’s Bay overlooking the magnificent Skelligs Rocks.

Carrigaline Farmhouse Cheese is a semi-soft natural cheese, handmade in the traditional manner by Anne and Pat O' Farrell on their dairy farm near the historic town of Carrigaline in the Southwest of Ireland.

Robert Ditty is a second generation artisan baker who is committed to using local ingredients in his products where possible. He uses local artisan producers such as traditional smoke houses, organic dairies and local farmers to offer a broad range of speciality biscuits, pastries, breads and savoury foods. McGeough's Butchers is based in Oughterard, Co Galway, we are a food retailer and manufacturer. Our shop is located on Camp Street where we primarily sell meat but also have a wide range of individually selected specialist foods including fresh sausages, puddings, dried meats, cheeses, dairy, eggs, sauces, oils, chutneys, juices, pastas and wines.

Qi tea is sourced from tea bushes (camellia sinensis) that grow in small clusters on the mountainsides around the village of Xitou (pronounced Sheetoh). Unlike mainstream teas, Qi does not come from a plantation, but the tea bushes grow amongst the other native flora of the Yellow Mountains. In that sense, Qi tea really is the most environmentally/ecosystem friendly tea you can buy.

Lily O'Brien's Chocolates started life as the brainchild of Mary Ann O'Brien who, having recovered from a debilitating illness in the early 1990s, discovered her true passion for all things chocolate. Embarking on a journey of discovery, Mary Ann honed her chocolate-making skills among world class chefs and chocolatiers in both South Africa and Europe before starting her own mini enterprise from her Kildare kitchen in 1992.

We use the best quality natural ingredients in everything we bake. Our butter is made on English farms, our clotted cream comes from Devonshire, the flour for our biscuits is milled in Essex and we buy toffee from the experts: in Yorkshire. We want the finest flavours for our baking, so we only use butter, non-hydrogenated oil or extra virgin olive oil. We never use artificial additives or preservatives. Why would we, when ingredients are this good?

Since 1996, our dried fruit, nuts and seeds have been feeding those with a ‘healthy’ appetite for adventure. It may have all started with a mango, but our Forest Feast portfolio is now made up of over 150 mouth-watering and unique flavour combinations and is available in over 36 countries worldwide. A lot of work goes in to creating a new Forest Feast product but we love to innovate and rise to the challenge of coming up with something that little bit special. We don’t have scientists or fancy mix-ologists coming up with our tasty treats; we just have good taste, a creative eye, a team of hungry employees and you, our team of intrepid Forest Feast Tasters!

P McCann and Sons founded in 1968 by Mr. Patsy McCann in a small pack house at the back of the McCann family homestead outside Loughgall, Co. Armagh.
